November 2004 - A NIGHT TO REMEMBER…and be inspired by!

Matthew & Lisa Herner, owners of Christian Roberts Salon & Spa in Norwalk, OH, hosted a hugely successful “Customer Appreciation Night” this past November that every salon will want to take note of. The festive event offered existing clients and their friends an introduction to the salon’s services along with a 25% discount on the highlighted services and Matrix retail products. Invitations were sent to current clients asking them to bring a non-client friend. One hundred clients responded and brought along another 100 guests who toured service demo stations as they enjoyed non-alcoholic margaritas and mini pastries! Registration cards were filled out to add to the database.
